Welcome to the RUNNEX public website (runnex.in). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your participation in the RUNNEX Founding Runners waitlist.

Website & Waitlist Scope: These Terms apply specifically to the public marketing website and waitlist registration. They do not constitute complete terms for the RUNNEX mobile application. Full end-user terms covering mobile GPS territory claiming, physical athlete safety, anti-cheat enforcement, in-app accounts, and runner conduct will be provided separately within the app upon launch.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or browsing this website, or by submitting information through our waitlist form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or join the waitlist.

2. About the Website & Pre-Launch Status

RUNNEX is preparing an interactive, territory-based outdoor running application for runners across Indian cities. This website provides product previews, community concepts, and the opportunity to express interest in early access through our Founding Runners waitlist.

Joining the waitlist represents an expression of interest only. Waitlist registration does not constitute a contract for services, does not guarantee access to pre-release builds or beta testing programs, does not commit RUNNEX to a specific launch date, and does not guarantee availability in any specific city, neighborhood, or jurisdiction. Beta testing invitations and rollout phases are distributed at RUNNEX's sole discretion based on regional capacity and operational readiness.

3. Waitlist Participation

When you join the Founding Runners waitlist, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and truthful information (such as your name, email address, and city).
Not register using disposable email addresses, automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized email accounts.
Submit inquiries or requests to update or delete your waitlist registration by emailing [email protected].

RUNNEX reserves the right to reject, remove, or cancel any waitlist entry that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use this website solely for legitimate personal and informational purposes in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, databases, edge workers, or API endpoints.
Introduce viruses, worms, trojans, or other technologically harmful material to the website or its infrastructure.
Engage in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, flood requests, or automated scraping of website content without prior written permission.
